Students shall be able to perform. All tasks, asked based on required standards of the industry or standards organizations that is applicable to their industry.

Travel Costs Policy

Government per diem rates, as indicated online at www.gsa.gov/perdiem, will be applied for any driving that is >120 miles roundtrip from ZIP Code 98367. Other expenses include airfare, lodging, and rental vehicle, as needed. This is based on current per diem rates and agreed upon by both parties in a written contract prior to services rendered.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Student Right to Cancel –

  • 30 days prior to the first day of class: A written notification to request a full refund is received by Emergency Training Consultants USA LLC 30 days prior to the first day of class a full refund will be issued.
  • Less than 30 days prior to the first day of class: Emergency Training Consultants USA LLC is unable to offer a refund for cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the first day of class, with two exceptions:
    1. Substitutions: Substitutions of personnel are acceptable with prior notification.
    2. Full Refund: A full refund will be issued if the student position in class has been transferred to another student, and that student has paid in full. The cancellation refund policy will still be 100% in affect.

Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe of receipt of written notification of the change in the student’s registration status.

Emergency Training Consultants USA LLC Right to Cancel –

Emergency Training Consultant USA LLC retains the right to cancel a course at any time due to circumstances beyond its control. In such an event, Emergency Training Consultant USA LLC is responsible for the reimbursement of full registration fee. Please keep this in mind when making your arrangements to attend the course. Emergency Training Consultant USA LLC will not be responsible for reimbursement of any such charges. Emergency Training Consultant USA LLC will give its best efforts to give prompt notice.

Team Cancellations –

The Registrant will be responsible for the full cost of the course. The same terms apply to the 30-day cancellation policy.

Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk –

All students are required to complete and sign a class registration form, which includes a voluntary release of liability and notice of assumption of risk prior to the beginning of instruction.

All students must be 18 years or older to attend Emergency Training Consultants USA LLC courses.
